Any bets on day 3?

Mom here. We haven't posted because I've been working a lot and Megan has been in school, so we've been relatively disaster free, but Megan's on a run, so I thought I'd post. Anyone who has spent any amount of time around Megan knows she has an uncanny ability to accidentally spill drinks. She's taken it to a new level! Yesterday, she thought she'd get herself a drink of milk, and dumped a gallon of milk all over the kitchen floor (and down the air vent that is in our floor). Deep breath, Amy. It's only milk. I got it all out of the vent (I hope, I guess we'll know more when the heat kicks in this winter). Lesson learned, there was no crying or yelling over the spilt milk. Today, I had just opened a 2 liter of diet coke and was getting a cup to pour myself a drink....yep, here comes Megan....before I could turn around and tell he not to touch, the coke was all over the floor, splattered on the cabinets, under the fridge and oven. I guess I won't be having that coke after all. Anyone want to place bets on what large container of liquid Megan will get her hands on tomorrow? I'm thinking the canola oil is going to make our floors nice and slippery. One can hope, right?

Hi ho, Hi ho, it's back to school I go!!!!

I went back to school on Wednesday, September 6th. It is awesome. These are pictures from my first day back to school. I am in a new class. Mr. C is my teacher. He is a good teacher. He makes me sit at my desk all day long and I don't like that. He also gives me homework every night and I don't like that either. He also sends home a report card each day that says how well I followed directions that day. I don't like that either. I guess I don't like a lot about Mr. C, but he is nice and I like him. I am in a class with all boys. I am the only girl. Each day I ask my mom to make sure that no boys can look up my skirts or shorts. That is what I am most worried about these days. Sometimes I make mom get me a new pair of shorts if I don't believe her that boys can't see up my shorts. It is important to be modest.

Since I have been back in school, my mom misses me a lot. She is always so excited to see me when I get home on the bus. She gets me good snacks and we sit down and she tries to help me with my homework. I cooperate some days, but most days I just want to hang out and watch TV. My other favorite thing to do is listen to the music from High School Musical 2. I can sing most of the songs, now. My favorite song is "You are the music in me". My mom teases me that I like Troy. I kind of like him. I told mom he is cute. Now she won't leave me alone. I should have never said he was cute. Now, whenever she says something about Troy, I say, "Moooooommmmm!!! CUT IT OUT!!!!!!" I also like to bug my mom about drinking caffeine. I tell her every day to stop drinking soda. Of course, I LOVE to drink soda, and try and steal some from my mom whenever she isn't looking, but I also like to tell mom she should stop.

Other than that, things have been really slow for me. I don't have any good stories to tell. I'll try to get some good stories, even though my mom likes it that things have really slowed down now that I'm back in school.
